Positioned on the Italian Riviera along the Gulf of Tigullio is the Grand Hotel Bristol, surrounded by hills and coast in Rapallo, Italy. Santa Margherita Ligure is located within five kilometers, and Portofino is nine kilometers from the hotel.

Constructed in 1908, the Grand Hotel Bristol is graced with two large domes and a Liberty-style façade, surrounded by camellias, magnolias and cluster-pines. Chamberlain Restaurant serves international and regional fare, and Le Cupole serves Ligurian specialties from a roof terrace overlooking the Gulf. Buffet-style breakfasts are provided, and during summer months are served on a seaside terrace under large, cream-colored sunshades.
