Location.
The Hotel Teatro di Pompeo is a small hotel housed in a 17th-century building sited on the remains of the ancient Pompey Theatre in Rome's historical centre, 200 metres from Piazza Navona. Fiumicino Airport is 27 kilometres away and can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car.

Getting there.
An express train service runs every 30 minutes to Rome's Termini train station (journey time 30 minutes). A single ticket costs around 10 EUR. From here bus number 64 runs to the hotel (St Andrea della Valle stop). Taxis are readily available at the airport, but take a licensed metered taxi only. An airport surcharge is payable. A taxi to the city centre will cost 50-60 EUR.
Driving directions. From Rome airport, follow the motorway to Rome. Then take Via Cristoforo Colombo, Via dei Cerchi, Via del Teatro Marcello, Piazza Venezia, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via del Sudario, Via Monte della Farina and Via dei Chiavari.
