Hotel Palm Bay is set in a modern village-style resort made up of terracotta-roofed cottages and apartments sloping down to the village of Praia da Luz and its long, sandy beach. The 44 suites, sleeping up to six persons, have summery decor with tiled floors and patterned fabrics, and benefit from lounge areas and fully-equipped kitchens, as well as cable television and direct-dial phones. Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building; typical fares are 65-80 EUR to Lagos. Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. Aerobus provides a shuttle service between the airport and city centre daily (except Tuesday) in high season. From Faro airport follow the signs to the A22. Join the motorway signed Lisboa, Albufeira and Portimão. The motorway (A22) will take you to Lagos. At the end of the motorway you must take exit Lagos / Vila Do Bispo (1). Exit the motorway and follow the signs to Vila Do Bispo. Turn right at the roundabout for about 2.5 kilometres. At the third set of traffic lights turn left to LUZ.
