Getting there.
Taxis to Hotel Meira cost approximately 80 EUR. The Violet line (E) on Porto's Metro system runs from the airport to Porto city centre, and single tickets cost 1.35 EUR. The station at the airport is in front of arrivals. Buses depart for the city centre every 20-30 minutes. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around.
A regular bus service connects Vila Praia de Ancora with towns and villages around the area. A car may be useful for excursions.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the A28 towards Viana do Castelo. Take the Vila Praia de Ancora exit.
