Description
Prado do Golf is a self catering holiday resort set in attractive tended gardens and ideally located in a peaceful corner of the Vilamoura development, 10 kilometers west of Albufeira. The resort is comprised of 44 white-washed, block-style villas and apartments close to the Old Course fairways. All units have tiled floors, louvered doors and shutters and sitting areas that feature fireplaces and lead out onto small private terraces or balconies. In addition, all apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes with four-burner ranges, toasters and compact refrigerators, and private bathrooms with a bath and twin sinks. Guests can enjoy a mixture of snacks and Portuguese food at O Sino restaurant which features an outside terrace overlooking the swimming pool, and is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with vegetarian and children's menus available. Sun worshippers will enjoy the patio areas around the large kidney-shape pool, and there are two beaches and a marina three kilometers away. Sporty guests can explore opportunities for water sports at the marina, go horse riding, hire bicycles, or improve their handicap at the greens of the neighboring golf courses, with discounts for guests. The resort is approximately 25 kilometers, or a 25-minute drive, from Faro Airport. A public bus service connects the city of Faro with the Vilamoura development. A taxi from the airport costs approximately 30-35 EUR.

Driving Directions :
Stay in right-hand lane leaving the airport car park, then take the short slip road on the right-hand side of the roundabout to join the main road. Take the 3rd exit, sign posted Portimao and Loule onto the EN125. The Vilamoura turning is approximately 20 minutes drive along the EN125. You will come to a set of traffic lights where you should stay in the left-hand lane. Continue straight ahead at the first roundabout and take the last exit off the 2nd roundabout, following the signs to Old Course at both roundabouts. At next roundabout take the first exit and Prado do Golf is on the left.Room Information :
