Opened in February 2007, the three-storey Tulip Inn Sunny Hill is a contemporary property located in the quiet surroundings of Faget Forest. The reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day. Getting there.
The hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport for 10 EUR. Taxis are available from outside the Arrivals hall and the fare to the hotel is approximately 7 EUR. Prices subject to change.
Getting around.
The historic city centre is compact enough to explore on foot. Trams, trolleybuses and buses run throughout the city. Cluj- Napoca Main Rail Station is located two kilometres north of the city centre. From here, there are direct rail connections to all major Romanian cities and Budapest.
Driving directions. From the airport, follow directions for the city centre on Traian Vuia Road. Continue straight ahead on Aurel Vlaicu Street and turn into 21 Decembrie 1989 Boulevard. Turn left at the Orthodox Cathedral, passing through Avram Iancu Square on Calea Turzii Street, until reaching the sign for Ciurila Village. Turn right into Faget Street and continue for two kilometres until reaching the hotel.
